Not Forgotten

Sorry for the lack in updates.  I have not forgotten the game.  I've been overwhelmed in my life that the game has started to take a back burner.  However, I am still writing the story as I come up with it... I just need to take it from paper to the computer.

Planned Changes:

• I will be re-writing the character descriptions completely.  After seeing character descriptions for so many visual novels, I have determined that mine revel too much of what the plot in the story reveals.  As well as writing the story, I am also re-writing the character descriptions.  The names will not change as I like them too much.

Not Planned, but possible changes:

• I am trying to decide whether to continue the novel format or make it a script-type format.
• I am trying to decide whether I will continue to do multiple routes, or combine the routes similar to games like Scarlet Fate, Beyond Eden, DRAMAtical Murder, Sweet Pool, Togainu no Chi, Lamento, Hakuoki, Kara no Shojo, etc.
• I am debating whether to hire someone to do the visual aspects of the story and just do a visual novel, or to continue the novel format and work on a visual novel format at a later time.

Look forward to:

• I am working on developing a website in which people can keep more up-to-date (if I forget to update here), and see where I stand with the stories.  I will have a way for people to be able to view changes I make as well.  I am currently trying to figure out how to make it a member based website, but may publish it before it gets to that point.  I will also have a section in which people can comment about what changes they would like to see and suggestions for the story as well.  I will note when the website is published.

In summary:

I still have a lot going on in my life, and am trying to figure out how to manage my time.  My hours have increased at work even more and I am working towards opening my own business as well as preparing to move (the move will be in six years, but we are preparing ahead of time so we can afford to buy a house instead of rent one).  I will do all I can.  I will not forget this story, as it runs through my mind daily.  It's just constantly changing because of second guessing.  It will come together though.  I do understand how it can take developers who don't spend 100% of their time working on their games a lot of time to make updates.  I'm trying!
