Physical Descriptions?

I am currently trying to come up with physical descriptions for the love interests human forms that are based on their animal forms.  I welcome any suggestions until I can come up with the ideal descriptions.  I cannot continue the story until I come up with these descriptions.  Yes, this will require research into the animals in which the love interests are (some extinct, some mythical, and some alive).  Here is a list of love interests and what their animals are:

• Maverick - Great Gray Owl
• Jelle - Puk Dragon
• Terrell - Arctic Wolf
• Prasong - Belcher's Sea Snake
• Ammon - Barbary Lion
• Khalid - Arabian Phoenix

Example of what was provided by my husband:

Terrell

• Physical Description (Human): Ice blue eyes, short spiked hair (white with black tips - almost like freeze dried, or made form ice).  Tall, about 6'3".  Muscular, but not bulky, like a well-sculpted soldier.
• Physical Description (Animal): Ice blue eyes, white fur with black times.  Larger than average wolf size.
• Manner of Speech: Husy, abrubt
• How he presents himself (physical movements): Always alert.  Ready to move at a moment's notice.

It's up to each of you what you want to see for the characters.  I will bits and pieces of any descriptions that call out to me.  Thank you for any help you provide to bring this story together!
